First, check your email inbox and spam folder for your ticket confirmation. If you still cannot find it, log in to your TicketSpot.lk account and check your dashboard where all purchased tickets are stored.
If your QR code does not scan at the entrance or shows an error, contact our support team immediately with your order ID and event details. Our team will verify and assist you as soon as possible.
For any incorrect information such as date, time, or name, please report the issue before the event so we can review and guide you on the next steps.
